Melody brings an understanding of your Real Estate needs, unlike any
other agent to the table. Originally from the mainland, she has been a native
of island life since 1998. In 1998, Melody joined the United States Navy
where she was stationed in Agana, Guam. Her tenure in the Navy allowed her to
travel to Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong, Korea, Saipan, and Japan. She is a
veteran of many moves over many parts of the world. This is why she understands what every buyer and seller needs no
matter what the situation.
In 2001, Melody was
stationed on the island of Oahu where she continued and finished her military
service. During her military service, she gained a work ethic that will not be
found in any other agent. She embraces integrity in all that she does.
Excelling above all of her peers as a sailor, she was awarded the prestigious
Navy Region Hawaii Sailor of the Year Award, ranking her number one out of fifteen
thousand other sailors in the region.
As a Realtor-Associate with the number one Real Estate Company, Melody
continues to consistently perform her duties as an agent the same way she did
as a sailor. No client is left behind, or unanswered in any situation. She has
received awards for Top Block Customer Service and Outstanding Performance.Melody has achieved the Real Estate
designations as an Accredited Buyers Representative and Certified Internet
Professional. Only 4 percent of all Realtors nationwide have achieved these
designations.
Upon Melody's honorable discharge from the military, she and her
husband decided to make Oahu their home. As a family, they have purchased and
sold several of their own homes on Oahu. Melody knows firsthand what it is like
to be in the position as a first time or experienced buyer or seller.She ensures that your Real Estate
transaction is handled as if it were her own purchase or the sale of a home.
Melody is a graduate of the University of Phoenix (Hawaii Campus). She
is also a member of the USO volunteer organization, and the National Arthritis
Foundation. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, hitting the beach, surfing
with her husband, and taking her dogs to the "Bark Park".
