30 year fixed mortgage rates go up to 4.28%

Mortgage rates for a 30 year fixed mortgage climbed 1 basis point from 4.27% to 4.28% on Friday, Zillow Mortgage Marketplace announced.
The 30 year fixed mortgage rate on September 3, 2010, is up 2 basis points from the previous week's average rate of 4.26% and down 39 basis points from the average rate of 4.67% from three months ago.
