Mortgage rates for a 30 year fixed mortgage climbed 1 basis point from 4.78% to 4.79% on Monday, Zillow Mortgage Marketplace announced.
The 30 year fixed mortgage rate on February 8, 2010, is down 4 basis points from the previous week's average rate of 4.83% and up 1 basis point from the average rate of 4.78% from three months ago.
